1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of
14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
2. Return Notification
Before returning a product, please inform us of your intention by email at
contact@feton.com.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with the return address.
3. Return Conditions
• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, complete, unused, and in perfect condition.
• Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
• Customized products cannot be returned.
• Sealed products for hygiene reasons cannot be returned if they have been opened.
4. Return Costs
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or non-conforming products.
• For convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label (the amount will be deducted from your refund).
5. Refund
The refund (including the initial delivery costs) will be processed within
14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the order.
